About Dive in Puerto Rico

Dive in Puerto Rico is a resource created by divers for divers to promote safe, fun, and environmentally responsible scuba diving in Puerto Rico.

Diving can be a very rewarding hobby (or career!) that gives us a deeper appreciation for the natural world. Yet we believe Puerto Rico remains an underrated scuba diving destination.

The island’s year-round warm weather, stunning beaches, and dive sites for all levels make it an ideal place to dive. Thus, we seek to inspire more divers, locally and internationally, to dive actively in Puerto Rico. By providing the public with more information, we aim to make diving in Puerto Rico more accessible for visitors and fellow Boricuas.

Furthermore, we hope that more and more people will come to see the value of protecting marine environments. To protect them, we must first understand and appreciate them, and scuba diving is a gateway to this goal.
